Antonio Conte has insisted that Willian has to work very hard if he wants to get back into the first team. Willian hasn’t featured for Chelsea since he went to attend his mother’s Funeral.
Pedro has taken his place and has made the right wing his own with some consistent displays. Willian used to be the first choice for the Blues but has been left out of the squad since he came back from Brazil.
Conte has been using a 3-4-3 formation and Chelsea have been doing very well as they haven’t conceded a goal in their last couple of matches. The Brazilian was recently linked with Manchester United as Jose Mourinho is very keen to bring one of his loyal players to Old Trafford.
But Conte has insisted that the player needs to be very focused, “Willian has come back and now it is important to find good form because in this period he was unlucky.
“I don’t know why. But now it is important to focus on the work and training sessions.”
