AC Milan are planning a move for Jack Wilshere. The midfielder is currently on a season-long loan to Bournemouth from Arsenal.
Wilshere was loaned to Bournemouth after he failed to feature in Arsenal’s first three Premier League games. Wenger decided to release the player on loan to let the player have some game time with the Cherries. Wilshere’s career has been marred by various injuries. The talented midfielder has sustained an injury at least once every season since 2009/10.
The 24-year-old has just one year left on his current contract although Arsene Wenger recently admitted that he wants the player to finish his career at The Emirates.
“I hope personally that [Wilshere] stays his whole career here. Jack is a world-class player. He doesn’t have to show me he has the quality to play at Bournemouth, he just needs to be back at a competitive level.”
Eddie Howe has been deploying the midfielder further up front and the player has now completed 90 minutes for the 4th time. He recently got an England call up but didn’t feature in any match.
Joe Hart, who is also plying his trade with Torino on loan from Manchester City has been pretty decent. His move could tempt Wilshere to reconsider the offer from Milan who are currently third in the Serie A.
