Cambuslang Rangers are appealing for help in redeveloping their dressing rooms following severe flooding damage which has eroded much of the facilities.
The 5 time Scottish Junior Cup winners are looking for sponsorships for each player booth which will include a sponsor name or a memorial/dedication. The Lang are hoping to redesign the dressing room completely and are looking to redevelop the facilities to a high standard.
With some financial backing already behind these development plans, the club are keen to have sponsors & supporters involved in the new look dressing room which they are hoping to complete in time for football restarting.
Co-manager Paul McColl said “We’re really trying to get the place done up to a good standard where our players want to be and relax in before games. A place that our opponents can also look at and go ‘Wow!’ and ultimately a place where we can bring potential new signings into where it encourages and motivates them to sign.”
Chairman David Kerr said “We want to turn a bad situation into an opportunity. Our changing rooms have been badly damaged but we’d love to really make the most of this. To do that we need support so we’re appealing to anyone who would like their company name or to pay tribute to a loved one. Any amount would be greatly appreciated but we are hoping to raise £100 for each player booth.”
