According to a recent report by Tuttomercatoweb, Everton are eyeing a move for Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski this summer. The same source has also revealed that the Toffees could face competition from Chelsea and AC Milan in pursuit of the Polish custodian during the summer transfer period. It is believed that the Florence outfit might be tempted to cash in on Dragowski as they have Alban Lafont, who had impressed on loan at Nantes last season, as a ready-made replacement (via Tuttomercatoweb).

The 22-year-old has enjoyed an impressive season at the Stadio Artemio Franchi after producing a series of impressive displays in between the sticks for Giuseppe Iachini’s side so far. Dragowski has conceded 37 goals and has kept seven clean sheets in 27 matches for the Italian outfit this term across all fronts, which highlight how well he has performed throughout this campaign.
The Bialystok-born keeper has averaged 0.6 clearances and 4.4 long balls per game in the Serie A this season but has sometimes lacked precision with his ball-distribution as evidenced by his pass completion rate of 63.1% in league football (stats via whoscored).
Dragowski has represented Poland at various youth levels but is yet to earn a senior cap for his country. At the moment, the Polish goalie is not good enough to beat Jordan Pickford for a starting spot at Goodison Park. However, at 22, Dragowski has the potential to become a future first-team regular for the Toffees if Carlo Ancelotti is willing to be patient with his development in the years to come. He will not only provide more competition for Pickford at Merseyside but also enhance the overall depth of the Everton squad.
