Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata has revealed that he never had any second thoughts regarding his future with the The Red Devils following the appointment of Jose Mourinho.
United hired the services of Mourinho in this season after a disastrous last season. The Portuguese gaffer sold the Spaniard to United in 2014 after falling out with him whilst at Chelsea. Mata was expected to leave the club after the53-year-oldd was handed the reign but to everyone’s surprise the Spaniard has emerged as one of the key players under him as he has already featured 15 times in this season for the Red Devils.
The 28-year old attacking midfielder said that he never had a chat with Mourinho but he never had any doubts over his future, “No. It all goes naturally.
“Obviously people want to know what is happening inside football or try to imagine what is happening inside but most of the time what happens inside is more normal than people think.
“Sometimes it is not even a conversation. It is training and training and training, playing and speaking through football, speaking through the ball, and I like that.”
