Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are weighing their options over the signing of Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic.
Spurs are the only unbeaten team in the Premier League this season whereas The Hammers are languishing at the 17th place. Mandzukic has fallen in the order over Gonzalo Higuain and Paulo Dybala and reportedly is very frustrated at the Turin based club. He has started the last couple of matches as Dybala is currently injured but could be back to the bench once Dybala returns.
Spurs have had a mixed fortune in this current season as they won five and drew six matches. Harry Kane missed a number of matches after sustaining an ankle injury and second choice striker Vincent Janssen has failed to impress as he has netted only on three occasions. The Hammers are also going through the same problems as the striking pair of Simone Zaza and Andre Ayew is yet to fire in the current season.
A transfer in January might happen as Juventus won’t mind selling him given the form of Higuain and Dybala.
