Marcelo Brozovic could be on his way to Stamford Bridge as inter Milan are ready to cash in on the player.
The Blues were linked with the Croatian midfielder but a deal didn’t materialise this past s23-yearThe 23-year-old hasn’t featured much under ex-manager Frank De Boer although he has been in the squad for the last four matches.
Brozovic was supposed to extend his stay with The Nerazzurri’s but he reportedly had an ugly spat with the manager. The Croatian midfielder was on loan at the San Siro from Dinamo Zagreb before securing a permanent deal in this season.
Chelsea have a lot of options in the midfield with the likes of N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic but lacks the attacking intent. The Inter midfielder is not very defensively sound but can be very effective with his fluid passing and late runs into the box. He is more of an Aaron Ramsey like player who will tirelessly run from box to box in the entire match .
Chelsea will have to fend off interests from Juventus and Spurs in trying to sign the lad, though.
