Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has been voted the PFA Fans’ Premier League Player of the month for October after he displayed some brilliant performances in the last few matches.
Hazard got 27,262 votes out of the 61000 votes. Theo Walcott and Joe Allen were respectively second and third with 14,737 and 14,491 votes. Dele Alli (2,012), Charlie Austin (1,996) and Callum Wilson (1,073) completed the top four.
Hazard scored just four goals last season but in this season he already surpassed the tally as he has already netted five goals. He was goalless in four matches but he struck once in Leicester City’s 3-0 hammering and also scored a wonderful solo goal against Manchester United.
Since Antonio Conte opted for 3-4-3 the Belgian looked more dangerous as he has the license to play more centrally and involving directly in the attacks.
Hazard was also adjudged the PFA player of the year in the 2014/15 season and later Chelsea went on to win the Premier League title.
