Fifth place Tottenham Hotspur will host 12th place Leicester City at White Hart lane on Saturday 29th October 2016 for the next round of games in the Premier League. There is great news for the Tottenham fans and for Pochettino as Toby Alderweireld is expected to return to the squad despite suffering a knee injury against West Brom a few weeks ago. The Belgian will be on the bench though as Pochettino won’t be risking him which means Eric Dier would once again partner Jan Vertonghen at the heart of the defence with Hugo Lloris guarding the goal.
Tottenham would also welcome back Dele Alli and Eriksen in midfield with Son leading the line as Harry Kane remains to be sidelined with his injury. Moussa Sissoko will miss the tie after being suspended by the FA for violent conduct.

For the home side a lot will depend on how Christian Eriksen will be able to influence the game. The Danish playmaker has been the most important player for Pochettino again this season and a lot will depend on how he is able to orchestrate the game in the opposition half.
For Leicester City, this game will be very important for Jamie Vardy, who has failed to find the back of the net since the early September. Vardy is likely to start after being benched in the last game and he will have a point to prove in a game which is of paramount importance for the Foxes having lost all the away fixtures this term.
