Leeds United could make some big moves in the last few days of the transfer window as Kemar Roofe is currently having a medical with Belgian heavyweights Anderlecht.
Losing out on last season’s top scorer will be a big blow for the Whites, and Marcelo Bielsa too iterated the same sentiments as he recently said, ”I can’t be happy if Roofe leaves. If I tell you this when he scored 15 goals last season, I would be stupid.”
However, Leeds United are wasting no time to bring in his replacement as our exclusive reports suggest that the Yorkshire club have sent representatives to sign 2017-18 Championship’s top scorer Matej Vydra. The striker moved to Burnley in the summer of 2018, but he managed to make just three starts in the Premier League last season.
The Czech striker is known for his stint with Derby County where he led the line for them with aplomb scoring 27 goals in 80 appearances for the Rams. The 27-year-old is also a 25 times Czech Republic international. Burnley signed him from Derby for a sum of £11m in the summer of 2018.
