Chelsea winger Pedro has heaped praises on manager Antonio Conte. The winger who opened the scoring against Manchester United said that he enjoys training with the Italian.
Chelsea had a very good start to the season winning the first three games of Premier League but after that, they slumped to consecutive defeats when they faced Liverpool and Arsenal.
Chelsea have however won their last three games in succession without conceding a single goal.
Pedro said, “Training has been very good with him. He has a good idea about football, he is a strong character and he’s really a very good guy and he is good for the team.”
Pedro was signed from Barcelona last year but hasn’t really made the impact in The blues squad. The Spaniard who recently marked his 50th match for Chelsea with a goal sounded very happy to have played so many games for a club like Chelsea, “I was very happy for the goal, to score again, and for my 50th appearance for the club.
“It was a special day for me. It’s nice to play 50 games, no? This is a big club for me and it’s a pleasure to have made this many appearances.”
