According to Football.London, Arsenal are among the clubs interested in the services of Dominik Szoboszlai. The RB Salzburg attacking midfielder has raised quite a lot of eyebrows with his performances in the Austrian Bundesliga, with clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Lazio and Juventus all vying for his signature this summer.
It is believed that Szoboszlai is valued around £15 million, although the Gunners are yet to submit an official bid for the Salzburg ace.

Szoboszlai joined RB Salzburg in January of last year after impressing at second-tier Austrian club FC Liefering. And despite featuring in just one game during the remainder of the 2017/18 campaign, the Hungarian has become a vital part of the Salzburg attack in the second half of the recently concluded 2018/19 season.
The 18-year-old made 16 league appearances for the Austrian giants, during which he scored three goals and provided four assists. His services in the final third were crucial in ensuring yet another league title for RB Salzburg as they continue their dominance in Austrian football.
It wasn’t Szoboszlai’s productivity that caught the attention of several top clubs across Europe this summer. Instead, it was his style of dynamism that indicated that he might be ready to play at a higher level of football.
What can Szoboszlai bring to the table?
Szoboszlai is mainly known for his excellent positioning in the final third. Indeed, the youngster often positions himself in a spot where he can not only make himself a passing option for his teammates but can also have his own freedom to roam with the ball.

Szoboszlai may not be a like for like replacement for Aaron Ramsey, but he can surely be an alternative to Mesut Ozil, who has struggled to make himself compatible under the management of Unai Emery. The youngster has the potential, which is coupled with his positional awareness and vision in the final third, meaning he can take on the mantle of being Arsenal’s creator in chief.
