According to a recent report by De Telegraaf (via Liverpool Echo), PSV Eindhoven are ready to part ways with Hirving Lozano this summer and are looking to recoup £35m for the Mexican international. The same source has revealed that Everton are one of his admirers, but the Merseyside club are not the only ones looking to sign Lozano as they will face stiff competition from Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool in pursuit of the Eredivisie sensation during this summer transfer window.
