Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has signed a new deal at the club that will keep him at the Madrid till 2022. Kroos joined the Spanish giants from Bayern Munich in 2014.
Kroos had some tough time to acclimatize himself to the La Liga but after that, he settled well and became one of Zidane’s main players. He, alongside Luka Modric, formed a formidable midfield pair. The new contract will make him one of the highest-paid players at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Real are also preparing to hand out fresh deals to three more players. Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth bale and Luka Modric will be awarded a new contract.
According to reports, Ronaldo is set to sign a new four-year deal with an option for fifth. Ronaldo earlier admitted that he wants to finish his career with the Los Blancos after winning two Champions Leagues with them.
Gareth Bale has earlier expressed his unhappiness over the lack of a new contract. he will reportedly sign a whopping new contract worth £400,000 a week that will make him the second highest paid player at Madrid.
