It Seems Jose Mourinho has finally found a suitable partner for Paul Pogba. It is being reported that the Portuguese gaffer has been scouting Porto midfielder Hector Herrera for quite a while and wants to bring the midfielder to Old Trafford.
Jose Mourinho has so far tried a number of players in the midfield beside Pogba but except Ander Herrera, none of them were impressive. Herrera was brilliant against Leicester City but he is not very defensively sound.
Juventus are also interested in the Mexican midfielder as they are still searching the potential replacement of Paul Pogba. The 26-year old was signed from Mexican side Pachuca in 2013 and since then has appeared in 124 matches for the Portuguese side. Mourinho was at the helm of the Porto and also won the Champions League with them.
Herrera, who has a buyout clause of 40 million euros, would be a brilliant addition to the team as he will allow Pogba the freedom to push forward and have a positive impact.
