Jose Mourinho is reportedly eyeing Everton’s Seamus Coleman and Romelu Lukaku in the winter transfer window.
Matteo Darmian has failed to impress the Portuguese and has been linked with a move to Inter Milan. Mourinho feels that the Republic Of Ireland right back would be a great addition to their squad.
David Moyes, ex-manager of Manchester United, also tried to sign the 28 year old but failed. Coleman scored the winner against Georgia in a recent World Cup qualifier.
Mourinho already has Antonio Valencia (31) and Timothy Fosu-Mensah but has told the club to sign the £16m defender. Present Everton boss Ronald Koeman is a huge fan of the player and Mourinho has to battle very hard to land the defender.
Mourinho also wants to bring Romelu Lukaku to Old Trafford. He sold the Belgian striker to Everton for £23m when he was at Stamford Bridge. Wayne Rooney has been struggling to get into form and Zlatan Ibrahimović has turned 35 recently. So Mourinho wants a proper goal scoring forward to bolster his attack.
Lukaku shares the same agent, Mino Raiola, with Zlatan, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan and it seems Raiola has to do some serious business with the Merseyside club.
