Brighton & Hove Albion will travel to Merseyside to take on Liverpool at Anfield looking to earn a positive result in the final match of their campaign. The Seagulls have been in terrific form in the league of late but they have recently suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester City, a few days ago. Chris Hughton will be hoping that his side can finish the season on a high by causing an upset on Sunday.

Matthew Ryan will once again start in goal for the Seagulls and may be protected by a back four consisting of Shane Duffy and Lewis Dunk as centre-backs while Gaetan Bong takes the position of left-back and Bruno resumes his duties on the right side of the backline.
Chris Hughton’s men have conceded 50 goals in 37 matches in the league so far. However, the Seagulls have kept back to back clean sheets in the league before suffering a 3-1 defeat at Manchester City this week, which will give them confidence ahead of this encounter.
Midfield
Davy Pröpper and Dale Stephens might be unleashed at the centre of the park while José Izquierdo looks to use his pace and trickery on the left wing and Anthony Knockaert looks to do some damage on the right-hand side of the midfield. Pascal Groß could be used behind Glenn Murray, who will lead the lines up front for the Seagulls. The German has made 38 appearances for the Seagulls this season, scoring 7 goals while grabbing 8 assists so far. It remains to be seen whether he can register his name on the scoresheet on Sunday and help Brighton & Hove Albion earn a result out of the clash in Merseyside.
