Barcelona are reportedly interested to bring in Manchester United winger Anthony Martial. They are reportedly ready to splash out £60 million on the French attacker and want to add him to their already talented squad.
Martial joined Manchester United under the tutelage of Louis Van Gaal. The Dutch boss was an excellent man in spotting young talent and decided to spend a fortune on Anthony Martial. He got in Martial from AS Monaco whose only previous experience in England had been obliterating Arsenal in the Champions League knock out stage of the round of 32 while playing for AS Monaco.
However, since his arrival to United he became a star on a regular basis. His first season was exceptionally good with Martial operating from the left flank majorly. He can also play as a striker and made good use of his chances. He terrified opposition defenders and still does when he is on his play. He can cut in countless times and his dribbling skills are amongst the best in England.
The arrival of Jose Mourinho has seen slight changes in the dynamics at United. One has been the development of Marcus Rashford. The teenage England star has been a star since day one. He has the dribbling quality, pace up front, strength to ward off defenders and a potential to score outrageous goals.
Unfortunately for Martial and United, Rashford despite playing as a forward chose to operate from the left flank in the first team. This meant that Martial had tough competition from the left wing.
With Mourinho in charge, the role on the left flank got split between the two young stars. However, neither were good defensively and Mourinho being the lover of a player who can track back brought in a third option in Jesse Lingard to help his team.
This has meant that the role is now split into three and Martial’s game time has suffered. This has seen the star suffer from frustration with players playing ahead of him It is being reported that he is ready to move on now with Barcelona being a contender for his signature.

The stars at Barcelona in attack include Ousmane Dembele, Philippe Coutinho, Luis Suarez and the best player in the world in Lionel Messi. While playing alongside them can certainly be tempting, it is for sure that he will not be getting good game time at the club, just like at Manchester United and hence should rule out a move to Nou Camp right now.
