Leeds United clashed heads with Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Whites made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 31st minute thanks to Anton Stach’s excellent effort. Daniel Farke’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Tammy Abraham scored the equaliser for the Villans in the 88th minute. The contest ended with the West Yorkshire club earning a hard-fought 1-1 draw away from home.

He caught the eye at times on the right flank.

Gruev came back to defend when he could, but offered very little in the final third.
CM: Anton Stach – 8/10
He caused a lot of problems for his marker and managed to score the opener with a spectacular hit.
LM: Brenden Aaronson – 6.5/10
Aaronson made one decent run with the ball but failed to find the back of the net.
ST: Dominic Calvert-Lewin – 7/10
He was a real handful for the opposition defenders and led the line well for the Whites today.
