Hato, Neto And Delap To Start | 4-2-3-1 Chelsea Predicted Lineup Vs Hull City

Chelsea will face off against Hull City at the MKM Stadium this Friday night as they look to secure a good result on the road in the FA Cup. The Blues were held to a frustrating 2-2 draw by Leeds United in the Premier League recently, so they would be eager to get back to winning ways in domestic football.

Liam Rosenior will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some tweaks to his first team for this game. Jorrel Hato, Pedro Neto and Liam Delap could all play from the start of this FA Cup clash.

Defence

Robert Sanchez will feature in goal for the Blues after he conceded a couple of goals in his last outing. Wesley Fofana will function alongside Benoit Badiashile at the heart of Rosenior’s backline as they look to keep things solid at the back during the game.

Josh Acheampong will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Jorrel Hato looks to prove his value on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Trevoh Chalobah will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Moises Caicedo and Andrey Santos will anchor the midfield for the West London club as they look to establish their dominance over the opposition at the centre of the park.

The gifted trio of Alejandro Garnacho, Estevao and Pedro Neto will play just ahead of them as part of the Chelsea attack. All three of them need to be at their best if the Blues are to come out on top in the FA Cup this week.

Enzo Fernandez and Cole Palmer will be rested on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if needed.

Attack

Liam Delap will spearhead Rosenior’s attack up top. He has to figure out a way to be a constant menace in the final third.

Joao Pedro will get a well-deserved rest on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter if the Blues are in need of a goal by then.
