Buongiorno’s Impressive Form In Italian Football
The 26-year-old is enjoying a solid campaign at the Italian club after he put in a series of impressive displays for them on the defensive end of the field. Buongiorno has featured in 25 matches for Napoli this season, securing one assist across all competitions.
The Italian talent has proven his worth as a solid presence at the heart of the Serie A outfit’s defence. Hence, it is no surprise that Tottenham are hoping to get him on board this year.
His current contract at Napoli will expire in the summer of 2029, which could make it difficult for Spurs to sign him on the cheap this January or at the end of this season.
