Saka Gets 7.5, Rice With 7 | Arsenal Players Rated In Disappointing Loss Vs Manchester United

Arsenal entertained Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to secure a positive result at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a decent start to the game and scored the opener in the 29th minute thanks to Lisandro Martinez’s own goal. Bryan Mbeumo equalised for the visitors in the 37th minute as the two teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.

Patrick Dorgu scored a wonder goal for Man United in the 50th minute, which was cancelled out by Mikel Merino’s effort in the 84th minute. Matheus Cunha scored the winning goal for the Red Devils in the 87th minute with a great strike as Mikel Arteta’s men crashed to a disappointing 3-2 loss at the Emirates.

Raya failed to make a save in the game and conceded three times this evening.

RB: Jurrien Timber – 6/10

He got stuck in with a couple of solid tackles but failed to make a difference in the final third.

CB: William Saliba – 6/10

Saliba cleared the danger when he could and made some decent chances going forward.

CB: Gabriel – 6.5/10

He put his foot through the ball when needed, but won’t be pleased after conceding three goals tonight.

LB: Piero Hincapie – 6/10

He did his fair share of defending and was accurate with his passing.

CM: Martin Odegaard – 5.5/10

Odegaard got stuck in with a couple of solid tackles and was substituted in the 57th minute.

CM: Martin Zubimendi – 6/10

He anchored the midfield well and made a costly error at the back.

CM: Declan Rice – 7/10

Rice came back to defend when he could and managed to create some inviting chances in the final third.

RW: Bukayo Saka – 7.5/10

He was a constant menace on the right flank, but there was no goal for him.

ST: Gabriel Jesus – 6.5/10

Jesus managed to shine at times but failed to register a goal.

LW: Leandro Trossard – 6/10

He was ineffective for most of his time on the field.
