Mukasa, Cherki And Ait-Nouri To Start | 4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup Vs Bodo/Glimt

Manchester City will face off against Bodo/Glimt this Tuesday evening as they look to secure a win on the road in the UEFA Champions League. The Mancunian giants suffered a poor 2-0 loss at the hands of Manchester United in the Manchester derby recently, so they would be eager to bounce back with a positive result in midweek.

Pep Guardiola will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first team for this game. Divine Mukasa, Rayan Cherki and Rayan Ait-Nouri could all play from the start of this contest.

4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup To Face Bodo/Glimt

Defence

Gianluigi Donnarumma will feature in between the sticks for the Mancunian giants after he shipped in a couple of goals in his last outing. Max Alleyne will function alongside Abdukodir Khusanov at the heart of the Man City backline as they look to keep a good shape on the defensive end of the field.

Rico Lewis will try to prove his worth as the right-back, while Rayan Ait-Nouri hopes to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Nathan Ake will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Nico O’Reilly, Divine Mukasa and Tijjani Reijnders will make up Guardiola’s midfield as they focus on establishing their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park and engineer some inviting chances for their teammates up top.

Rodri will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.

Attack

Jeremy Doku will try to prove his worth on the left flank, while Rayan Cherki hopes to make a difference as the right-sided wide player.

Erling Haaland will lead the charge for the Mancunian giants up top. The Norway international would be eager to find the back of the net after failing to do so in the Manchester derby last weekend.

Phil Foden is a doubt for this game. However, Ryan McAidoo will make up the numbers on the bench as he waits for his chance to shine in the latter stages of the game if needed.
