Liverpool will entertain Brighton at Anfield on Saturday night as they look to earn a positive result at home in the Premier League. The Reds managed to earn a narrow 1-0 win over Inter Milan recently, which should give them a ton of confidence ahead of this game.
Arne Slot will set his players up in a 4-1-2-1-2 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for this contest. Hence, Hugo Ekitike and Alexander Isak will once again lead the charge for Liverpool up top.
4-1-2-1-2 Liverpool Predicted Lineup To Face Brighton
Defence
Alisson Becker will function in goal for the Merseyside club after keeping a clean sheet in his last outing. Ibrahima Konate will operate alongside Virgil Van Dijk at the centre of Slot’s backline as they try to keep things solid defensively during the game.
Joe Gomez will once again fill in as the right-back, while Andy Robertson looks to put in another hard-working performance on the other side as the left-back. Both of them would try to go forward and express themselves in the opponent’s half at every chance they can get.
Milos Kerkez will provide cover for the full-back positions on the bench.

Midfield
Ryan Gravenberch will anchor the midfield for Slot’s team, while both Alexis Mac Allister and Curtis Jones play just ahead of him as the box-to-box midfielders. All three of them need to work hard defensively if the Reds are to come out on top this weekend.
Dominik Szoboszlai will operate in the number ten position following his match-winning display versus Inter Milan in midweek.
Wataru Endo, Florian Wirtz and Rio Ngumoha will have to be content with a place on the bench as they await their chance to make an impact in the second half if required.
Attack
Hugo Ekitike and Alexander Isak will lead the line for the Merseyside club up top. Both of them need to combine well if the Merseyside club are to cause problems for the Brighton defenders this Saturday.
Federico Chiesa will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if the Reds are in need of a goal by then.
