Tottenham Hotspur locked horns with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result on the road in the Premier League. Spurs made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.

Bruno Guimaraes scored the opening goal in the 71st minute, but Cristian Romero equalised just seven minutes later. Anthony Gordon put Newcastle ahead from the penalty spot in the 86th minute. However, Romero rescued a point for Spurs as he scored in injury time. The contest ended with Tottenham earning a last-gasp 2-2 draw away from home.
