Real Madrid faced off against Girona at the Estadi Montilivi earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 45th minute when Azzedine Ounahi found the back of the net. Xabi Alonso’s men were trailing 1-0 at the half-time interval.
Kylian Mbappe equalised for Real Madrid from the penalty spot in the 67th minute. The Madrid giants ended up settling for a lackluster 1-1 draw away from home.

Bellingham was a positive influence at both ends of the field.

He struggled to catch the eye in the first half and was substituted at half-time.

Mbappe was a constant menace up top and managed to score the equaliser from the penalty spot in the 67th minute.

The Brazilian talent gave a good account of himself on the left flank, but there was no goal for him.
