Chelsea will clash heads with Qarabag at the Azersun Arena this Wednesday evening as they look to secure a positive result on the road in the UEFA Champions League. The Blues managed to earn a hard-fought 1-0 win away at Tottenham Hotspur recently, which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.
Enzo Maresca will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make a few tweaks to his first team for this clash. Tosin Adarabioyo, Josh Acheampong and Romeo Lavia could all play from the start of this game.
4-2-3-1 Chelsea Predicted Lineup To Face Qarabag
Defence
Robert Sanchez will function in between the sticks for the Blues after keeping a clean sheet in his last appearance. Josh Acheampong will play alongside Tosin Adarabioyo at the centre of the Chelsea backline as they look to keep the opposition attackers frustrated throughout the game.
Malo Gusto will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Marc Cucurella hopes to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to go forward and express themselves inside the opposition half.
Reece James and Trevoh Chalobah will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Romeo Lavia and Enzo Fernandez will anchor the midfield for the Blues as they look to establish their dominance over the opposition at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro and Estevao will operate just ahead of them as part of Maresca’s attack. All three of them need to be at the top of their game if the Blues are to secure a convincing win in midweek.
Alejandro Garnacho and Moises Caicedo will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Marc Guiu will lead the charge for the West London club up top. He would be eager to impress by putting in a productive showing versus Qarabag this Wednesday evening.
Pedro Neto will have to settle for a place on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
