Will Amorim Make Any Changes? | 3-4-2-1 Manchester United Predicted Lineup Vs Nottingham Forest

Manchester United will face off against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils managed to secure an impressive 4-2 win over Brighton and Hove Albion recently, which should give them a ton of confidence ahead of this game.

Ruben Amorim will stick with his favoured 3-4-2-1 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for this game. Hence, Benjamin Sesko will once again lead the charge for the Mancunian giants up top.

Defence

Senne Lammens will feature in between the sticks for the Red Devils after he shipped in a couple of goals in his last outing. Amorim will once again opt for a back three of Luke Shaw, Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro as they focus on keeping things solid on the defensive end of the field.

Ayden Heaven will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench. However, Amorim would be sweating on the fitness of Harry Maguire.

Midfield

Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro will anchor the midfield for Man United as they try to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park. Amad Diallo will hope to catch the eye on the right flank, while Diogo Dalot looks to give a good account of himself on the left wing. Both of them will be expected to make some overlapping runs out in the wide areas.

Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo will once again operate as the attacking midfielders. They would both have to carry most of the offensive workload for Man United in the final third.

Kobbie Mainoo, Patrick Dorgu and Manuel Ugarte will be available for selection on the bench as they await their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if required.

Attack

Benjamin Sesko will spearhead Amorim’s attack up top. He failed to register a goal versus Brighton, so this game would be a good chance for him to find some form this weekend.

Joshua Zirkzee will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if the Red Devils are in need of a goal by then.
