Pedro Neto To Start The Game | 4-2-3-1 Chelsea Predicted Lineup Vs Leicester City

As we’re done with the international break, the club football will be back in action this weekend. For Chelsea fans, they will get to see their team lock horns with Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday night at home.

The Blues are third on the points table with 19 tally in 11 games. They are still nine points off the table toppers Liverpool. Hence, Enzo Maresca’s warriors will aim for nothing less than three points and continue their good momentum.

Defence

Robert Sanchez didn’t have a good time against Arsenal. Having got a good break, he will look to restart and be impactful. Skipper Reece James is injured yet again and will miss this tie.

In his absence, Malo Gusto becomes an easy pick for the right-back role. The centre-back duo of Wesley Fofana and Levi Colwill have been effective so far. There is no reason to fix something which isn’t broken.

Marc Cucurella put on an excellent display against the Gunners and he should continue as the left-back.

Midfield

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez will be assessed before the game to know about their availability. If the former gets a green light, he will probably partner up with Romeo Lavia in the middle of the park.

Attack

Cole Palmer was seen in training this week and he is expected to be declared fit. He will take up the central position with Noni Madueke taking care of the right flank. Pedro Neto is likely to get the nod ahead of Jadon Sancho for the left wing.

Nicolas Jackson leads the attacking line yet again but he needs to show more quality on the field.

Apart from Reece James, Omari Kellyman (thigh) is the only confirmed absentee for this fixture.
