It is a big moment for Manchester United as they are about to kick off a new era under the new manager Ruben Amorim. Luckily, his side has shown quality and resistance in the recent few games prior to the international break and the Portuguese will look to elevate that further.
The Red Devils will face Ipswich Town in the Premier League in an away fixture on Sunday. As the former side are 13th on the points table, they cannot afford to drop more points. An exciting battle awaits the fans for sure!
3-4-3 Manchester United Predicted Lineup Vs Ipswich Town
Defence
Andre Onana is doing enough with the gloves but there is still room for improvement in his ball-playing abilities. No doubt he remains the primary choice for the concerned position. Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui have done decently well as the full-backs and there is no question about their selection.
Lisandro Martinez (back/hip) and Victor Lindelof (groin) suffered injuries while the availability of Harry Maguire is doubtful. Hence, Ruben Amorim could be seen using a three-man backline consisting of the likes of Jonny Evans, Matthijs de Ligt, and Casemiro.
Luke Shaw, Leny Yoro and Tyrell Malacia have trained but are still away from starting the game.
Midfield
Kobbie Mainoo is expected to make his comeback and will probably partner up with Manuel Ugarte in the middle of the park.
Attack
Bruno Fernandes is more or less a confirmed name on the team sheet due to his creativity in the final third. He will surely continue to play a key role in the team’s overall performance.
Plenty of attackers are available in the form of Antony, Marcus Rashford, Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho. The Argentine is likely to take onto the field with Rasmus Hojlund being the all-out striker in the lineup.
