Tottenham Hotspur must be delighted with their 4-1 victory over Aston Villa on Sunday. Their latest win put them in a better position on the points table and also improved their confidence level. However, they must continue this winning run for an extended period.
Spurs are scheduled to face Galatasaray this midweek in the Europa League. They are second on the points table with three wins in three games. They will surely want to secure another three points before returning back to the Premier League fixture.
4-3-3 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup Vs Galatasaray
Defence
First-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is likely to warm the bench for his clash. In his absence, Fraser Forster will operate between the sticks. Pedro Porro also gets the much-deserving rest and Archie Gray takes his spot as the right-back.
Both Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are struggling with injuries. It means Radu Dragusin and Ben Davies will form the heart of the defence. No off day for Destiny Udogie as he continues to be deployed as the left full-back.
Midfield
Dejan Kulusevski is expected to be in the middle of the park. However, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pape Matar Sarr should make way for Yves Bissouma and James Maddison in the starting lineup.
Attack
Dominic Solanke had a crazy game against Aston Villa and might be given a rest. In his absence, Son Heung-min will be playing as the centre-forward. As Richarlison is unlikely to participate due to a hamstring injury, Timo Werner will have his chance.
Boss Ange Postecoglou might like to provide Mikey Moore with some game-time. He will probably take Brennan Johnson’s place on the right wing.
Wilson Odobert is a confirmed absentee from the Spurs’ side and will remain so for a long period.
