Tottenham Hotspur continued their winning momentum as they beat AZ Alkmaar in their previous game. Their next challenge lies in an away form against Crystal Palace in the Premier League this weekend.
It will be an important game for Spurs not only for the domestic league title but also considering their upcoming game. After this Sunday’s game, they will face Manchester City in the EPL Cup and then Aston Villa in the league. Hence, they would like to head into these games with victories behind them.
4-3-3 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup Vs Crystal Palace
Defence
Fraser Forster produced a remarkable performance between the sticks but Guglielmo Vicario should return to take charge of the goalpost. Pedro Porro is also expected to walk back into the XI to replace Archie Gray as the right-back.
The known centre-back duo of Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero will again be deployed in place of Radu Dragusin and Ben Davies. However, the left-back Destiny Udogie retains his spot in the backline.
Midfield
Yves Bissouma and Dejan Kulusevski return after a well-deserved rest, replacing Rodrigo Bentancur and Lucas Bergvall in the middle of the park. James Maddison, on the other hand, continues to be an important part of the midfield unit.
Attack
Ange Postecoglou‘s side will probably miss the services of Son Heung-min. The star attacker was rested in the previous game due to fitness issues and hasn’t regained 100% fitness. To replace him, Wilson Odobert is the prime contender as Timo Werner’s form isn’t great of late.
The other two attackers in the form of Dominic Solanke and Brennan Johnson will however participate as usual. It goes without saying that the duo will have to take up more responsibility upfront.
Djed Spence is unavailable due to a groin injury.
