Liverpool entertained Chelsea at Anfield earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Reds made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 29th minute thanks to Mohamed Salah‘s penalty. Arne Slot’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Nicolas Jackson equalised for the visitors with a good finish just three minutes into the second half. However, Curtis Jones restored Liverpool’s lead in the 51st minute with a great touch and finish.
