Chelsea entertained Brighton and Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge earlier today as they looked to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Blues made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the seventh minute when Georginio Rutter found the back of the net. Palmer completed his hattrick in the 31st minute before Carlos Baleba got a goal back for the Seagulls in the 34th minute. Palmer scored his fourth goal for Chelsea in the 41st minute as Enzo Maresca’s men went into the half-time break 4-2 up on the scoreline.
