McNeil Gets 8, Harrison With 5.5 | Everton Players Rated In Poor Loss Vs Aston Villa

Everton locked horns with Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier this evening as they try to secure a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Toffees made a great start to the game and grabbed the lead in the 16th minute when Dwight McNeil got his name on the scoresheet. Dominic Calvert-Lewin doubled Everton’s advantage in the 27th minute before Ollie Watkins scored for the Villans just nine minutes later. Sean Dyche’s men went into the half-time interval 2-1 up on the scoreline.

Watkins equalised for the home team in the 58th minute before Jhon Duran put them ahead in the 76th minute. Everton failed to come up with a response and crashed to a poor 3-2 loss away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Everton player performed during the clash against the Villans.
