Everton welcomed Bournemouth at Goodison Park earlier today as they looked to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Toffees made a good start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Michael Keane opened the goal-scoring for Everton in the 50th minute before Dominic Calvert-Lewin doubled their advantage just seven minutes later. Bournemouth found a way back into the game thanks to Antoine Semenyo’s goal in the 87th minute. Lewis Cook equalised for the visitors in the 92nd minute before Luis Sinisterra netted the winning goal in the dying embers of the contest. The match finished with the Toffees suffering a poor 3-2 loss in front of their home fans.

Pickford made a few important saves at the back but won’t be pleased after conceding three times late in the game.
RB: Seamus Coleman – 6.5/10
He was far from convincing when defending inside his half but made two decent runs with the ball.
CB: James Tarkowski – 6.5/10
Tarkowski did his fair share of defending but all of his good work were undone in the latter stages of this clash.
CB: Michael Keane – 7/10
He made a few crucial clearances on the defensive end of the field and opened the goal-scoring with a good finish early in the second half.
LB: Vitaliy Mykolenko – 7/10
He did his fair share of defending and was a strong presence in the air.
CM: Tim Iroegbunam – 6.5/10
Iroegbunam caught the eye at times on both halves but failed to make a difference in the final third.
CM: Idrissa Gueye – 6.5/10
Gueye anchored the midfield well but lacked quality in the opposition half.
RW: Jack Harrison – 7.5/10
He was a constant menace in the final third but there was no goal for him.
CAM: Dwight McNeil – 8/10
McNeil caused a lot of problems for the Bournemouth defenders and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
LW: Iliman Ndiaye – 7/10
He was not shy of having a strike at goal but failed to find the back of the net.
ST: Dominic Calvert-Lewin – 8/10
Calvert-Lewin was a real handful for the opposition defenders and ended the game with a goal and an assist to his name.
