Jaden Philogene’s impressive season
Jaden Philogene came through the rank of Aston Villa academy and made his senior side debut in 2021. However, his growth took a hindrance due to limited game time. Therefore, he made a permanent switch to Hull City last summer.
Philogene burst into the scene in his very first season as he scored 12 goals and provided six assists in 33 games. He averaged 3.5 shots, 1.6 key passes, and 2.6 dribbles per game (stats via whoscored).
The English attacker is comfortable with both feet and hence, can operate on either wing. He is known for his sheer pace, incredible ball control and cheeky dribbles. Apart from his clinical finishing, he also contributes heavily to the defensive aspects of the game.
