In a recent report, journalist Graeme Bailey mentioned that Aston Villa are ready to launch a massive offer for Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix this summer. It has been stated that the Villans are open to paying in excess of £50m to acquire the services of the Portugal international in this transfer period.

Felix enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Barcelona last season when he put in a series of productive displays for the Catalan club in the final third. The Viseu-born talent banged in ten goals and grabbed six assists in 44 matches for Barca in the previous campaign across multiple competitions.
