Aaron Anselmino joined Boca Juniors at the age of twelve and worked hard to climb up the ladders. He broke into the senior team last year and managed to impress everyone at the highest level. As a result, he has established himself as an exciting talent in his homeland.
Anselmino is fast and would suit well in a high backline. He uses both his legs for passing and tries to deliver the ball to the wingers to exploit the pitch higher. He prefers cutting down the space rather than making unnecessary tackles. With great ability on the ball, the player is a press-resistant defender.
Despite making good early progress, the 19-year-old doesn’t get the game time he deserves. He has featured in only four games this season, in which he got a game to his name. He would definitely want to play more to improve his game.
