Aston Villa locked horns with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Villans made a solid start to the contest and managed to get to the half-time interval with a goalless scoreline.
Leon Bailey gave Aston Villa the all-important lead in the 84th minute before Ollie Watkins killed the game off with a composed finish just three minutes later. The contest finished with Unai Emery’s men securing an impressive 2-0 win away from home.

Tielemans got stuck in with a few solid tackles and ended the game with an assist to his name.

He was quiet for most of the game and was replaced at the hour mark.
CAM: Morgan Rogers – 6.5/10
Rogers made two promising runs with the ball but didn’t do enough to register a goal.
LW: Nicolo Zaniolo – 6.5/10
He had a few bright moments in the Arsenal half and was substituted in the 79th minute.
ST: Ollie Watkins – 8/10
Watkins was a constant menace in the final third and scored late in the game which put the contest to bed.
