Liverpool locked horns with Fulham at Craven Cottage earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a positive result on their travels in the Premier League. The Reds made a strong start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 32nd minute thanks to Trent Alexander-Arnold’s excellent free-kick. However, Timothy Castagne equalised for the visitors in the dying embers of the first half as the two teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
Ryan Gravenberch restored Liverpool’s lead with a great finish in the 53rd minute before Diogo Jota killed the game off in the 72nd minute. The contest finished with Jurgen Klopp‘s men earning an impressive 3-1 victory away from home.

He anchored the midfield well and made two decent runs with the ball.

Gakpo caused all sorts of chaos in and around the Fulham penalty area and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
