Manchester City entertained Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to earn a convincing win at home in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola‘s men made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 11th minute when Rodri found the back of the net. However, Jhon Duren equalised for the visitors with a tidy finish in the 20th minute. Phil Foden restored Man City’s advantage in the first half injury-time as the Mancunian club were leading 2-1 at the half-time interval.
