Newcastle United entertained Everton at St. James’ Park earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. Eddie Howe’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin came off the bench and equalised for Everton from the penalty spot in the 88th minute. The contest finished with the Tyneside club being held to a 1-1 draw in front of their home fans.

CM: Elliot Anderson – 7/10
He did his fair share of defending and made one good chance in the opponent’s half.
RW: Jacob Murphy – 6/10
He didn’t hesitate to have a strike at goal but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.
ST: Alexander Isak – 7.5/10
Isak was a constant menace in the final third and deserves credit for scoring the opening goal in the 15th minute.
LW: Harvey Barnes – 7/10
He caused all sorts of problems for the opposition defenders and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
