In a recent report, The Evening Standard revealed that Arsenal have identified Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes as a target for the upcoming transfer window. It is understood that the Gunners are showing interest in recruiting the Brazilian midfield ace later this year.

Guimaraes is having a solid campaign at the Tyneside club after putting in a series of impressive displays for them in the middle of the park. The Brazilian talent has played in 45 matches for Newcastle this season, netting four goals and grabbing eight assists in all competitions.
The 26-year-old has been a decent performer for Newcastle as he is averaging 2.3 tackles, 0.9 interceptions, 0.6 clearances, 1.2 shots, 1.6 key passes and 2.0 dribbles per game in the Premier League.
