Real Madrid will welcome Celta Vigo this Sunday as they look to secure all three points at home in La Liga. Los Blancos were held to a 1-1 draw by RB Leipzig recently, so they would be keen on securing a good result this weekend.
Carlo Ancelotti will opt for the 4-3-3 formation and could keep changes to a minimum for this game. Hence, we can once again expect to see Jude Bellingham lead the line for the Madrid giants in the final third.
4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup To Face Celta Vigo
Defence
Andriy Lunin will feature in between the sticks for Los Blancos after shipping in one goal in his last outing. Antonio Rudiger will resume his defensive partnership with Nacho at the heart of the Real Madrid backline as they look to keep the opposition at bay during the game.
Dani Carvajal will function as the right-back while Ferland Mendy fills in on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will get the freedom to get forward and express themselves in the opponent’s half.
Lucas Vazquez will offer cover for the right-back spot on the bench. However, both Eder Militao and David Alaba are sidelined with long-term injuries.
Midfield
Ancelotti could name a midfield three of Eduardo Camavinga, Toni Kroos and Aurelien Tchouameni as they try to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park. All three of them need to move the ball well if they are to create enough chances for their teammates up top.
Luka Modric will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Attack
Vinicius Jr. will operate as the left-sided wide player while Federico Valverde hopes to give a good account of himself on the right flank. Jude Bellingham will spearhead Ancelotti’s attack down the middle. He has to find a way to cause some problems for the Celta Vigo defenders during the 90 minutes.
Rodrygo will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if Los Blancos are in need of a goal by then.
