Salah Gets 9.5, Gakpo With 9 | Liverpool Players Rated In Easy Win Vs Sparta Praha

Liverpool entertained Sparta Praha at Anfield earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a victory at home in the UEFA Europa League. Darwin Nunez opened the goal-scoring in the seventh minute before Bobby Clark scored a minute later. Mohamed Salah got his name on the scoresheet as well in the tenth minute before Cody Gakpo made it 4-0 to Liverpool in the 14th minute. The visitors got a goal back in the 42nd minute thanks to Veljko Birmancevic’s effort as Jurgen Klopp’s men went into the half-time break 4-1 up on the scoreline.

Dominik Szoboszlai scored a fortunate goal in the 48th minute before Gakpo scored again for Liverpool just seven minutes later. The contest ended with the Merseyside club earning an easy 6-1 win on the night and an 11-2 victory on aggregate.

LB: Andrew Robertson – 7/10

Robertson cleared the danger when needed and was good on the ball.

CM: Dominik Szoboszlai – 8/10

He worked hard at both ends of the field and has got a goal and an assist to show for his efforts.

Endo kept the ball moving with conviction in the first half and was substituted at half-time.

Salah was a constant menace in the final third and has got a goal and a hat trick of assists to show for his efforts.

ST: Darwin Nunez – 8/10

His pace caused a lot of headaches for the opposition defenders. Nunez deserves credit for scoring the opener in the seventh minute but failed to add to his tally.

LW: Cody Gakpo – 9/10

Gakpo scored two good goals but probably should have had a hat trick.
