Foden Gets 9, Silva With 8 | Manchester City Players Rated In Impressive Win Vs Manchester United

Manchester City entertained Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The home team made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the eighth-minute when Marcus Rashford found the back of the net with a brilliant effort from long range. Pep Guardiola‘s men struggled to come up with a response and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.

Phil Foden equalised for Man City with a stunning strike in the 56th minute before going on to score again with a good finish in the 80th minute. Erling Haaland killed the game off in injury-time as Man City secured an impressive 3-1 win at the Etihad.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester City player performed during the match against the Red Devils.

GK: Ederson – 6/10

The Brazilian keeper didn’t have a save to make in the game. He couldn’t do much about Rashford’s excellent strike in the first half.

CB: Nathan Ake – 6.5/10

He performed his defensive duties well and was good on the ball.

CB: Ruben Dias – 6.5/10

Dias earned possession back once and did enough to restrict the opposition to just one goal.

CB: Kyle Walker – 7/10

He kept things solid when defending inside his half and was a threat going forward.
