Manchester City entertained Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The home team made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the eighth-minute when Marcus Rashford found the back of the net with a brilliant effort from long range. Pep Guardiola‘s men struggled to come up with a response and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Phil Foden equalised for Man City with a stunning strike in the 56th minute before going on to score again with a good finish in the 80th minute. Erling Haaland killed the game off in injury-time as Man City secured an impressive 3-1 win at the Etihad.
