The Blues now have identified Brest defender Bradley Locko as a valuable target for the summer window, according to TeamTalk. The player is rated highly within the club and they believe he has the potential to become one of the best left-backs in the world.
Bradley Locko has the potential to become one of the best
French footballer Bradley Locko played for many youth academies before he joined Brest in the winter of 2023. Looking at his huge talent, the Ligue 1 club decided to sign him on a four-year deal in the summer for a reported fee of €500.000.

Locko is equally good in both the attacking and defensive aspects of the game. He covers good ground to provide a defensive layer apart from tackles. With good dribbling skills, he is very effective with his crossed and through balls. However, the youngster can improve his finishing in front of the opposition’s goal.
Chelsea want to invest in the youngster
Chelsea are willing to sell Marc Cucurella in the summer if a lucrative offer arrives. Hence, they are in the market for his backup. Though Bradley Locko is not a direct replacement, he could be used as a substitute until he grooms into a complete package.
The French defender lacks Premier League experience but has enough time to improve. He can be a long-term solution for the Blues. However, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Borussia Dortmund are also keeping tabs on the player.
