Arsenal have been running riot with their extraordinary performances this season. While they are second in the Premier League, they topped their group in the UEFA Champions League. They recently registered 6-0 and 5-0 victories over West Ham United and Burnley respectively in the domestic league.
The Gunners will now shift their focus towards Porto, whom they face on Wednesday in the Round 16 of the Champions League. They will look to punish the opponents and try to seal the round in the first leg itself. Despite having multiple injuries in the camp, they have been unstoppable.
4-3-3 Arsenal Predicted Lineup Vs Porto
Defence
David Raya will once again line up in the goal for the Gunners. He will be high in confidence after keeping a clean sheet in the last two outings. Ben White, who has found his form, will play at the right-back position. The duo of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes will continue to operate at the centre of the defence.
Left-back Jakub Kiwior is likely to retain his position in the side after his impressive display of performances. However, his position may come under threat if any of Oleksandr Zinchenko (calf) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (knock) recover in time.
Midfield
Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard are definitely starting in the midfield. Both the midfielders have been in terrific form and running the show for Arsenal. To accompany them, Kai Havertz is the front-runner after his impressive show against Burnley, including a quality goal.
Attack
While Bukayo Saka is having the season of his career, Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli aren’t too behind. The trio has done really well for their side and will take on the field once again. It will be interesting to see how many goals they will manage to extract against Porto.
While boss Mikel Arteta will miss the services of Jurrien Timber (ACL), the presence of Gabriel Jesus (knee), Thomas Partey (thigh) and Fabio Vieira (groin) isn’t guaranteed too.
