Manchester United will welcome West Ham United at Old Trafford this Sunday as they look to pick up another win in the Premier League. The Red Devils managed to earn a hard-fought 4-3 win away at Wolverhampton Wanderers recently which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this clash.
Erik ten Hag will opt for the 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make one change to his first team for this game. Harry Maguire could get a chance to play from the start of this contest at the Theatre of Dreams.
4-2-3-1 Manchester United Predicted Lineup To Face West Ham United
Defence
Andre Onana will operate in between the sticks for the Red Devils after shipping in three goals in his last league outing. Harry Maguire will resume his defensive partnership with Lisandro Martinez at the heart of the Man United defence as they look to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.
Diogo Dalot will fill in as the right-back while Luke Shaw will fill in on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Jonny Evans will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo will anchor the midfield for the Red Devils as they look to win the 50-50 duels at the centre of the park. The gifted trio of Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnacho will play just ahead of them as part of the Man United attack. All three of them need to be at their best if the Mancunian giants are to come out on top this weekend.
Scott McTominay will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Attack
Rasmus Hojlund will lead the charge for Man United on the offensive end of the field. He has to find a way to threaten the West Ham goal this weekend.
Antony will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the latter stages of the game if ten Hag opts to call upon his services.
